- What is the billing period for the mentioned charges?
-The billing period is from April 1st to April 30th. Due date is 15 of April2025
- How much is the membership fee?
-The membership fee is 200 pesos. It is a one-time payment for welfare and other projects. How much is the prescribed monthly dues -600 pesos as prescribed by the developers deed of restriction and by-laws
- What is the payment method?
-by cash or thru bank transfer RCBC bank account. The specific account number will be provided by the Homeowners' Association (HOA).
- How can I ensure my payment is properly credited?
-After making the payment thru the bank, please keep the payment receipt. You can submit a copy of the receipt to the HOA office either in person or via email. This will help in ensuring that your payment is correctly recorded.
- What if I forget to make the payment within the billing period?
-if you fail to make the payment within the April 1 - 30 billing period, there may be late payment penalties of 5%. It is advisable to contact the HOA office as soon as possible to inquire about the penalties and make the payment promptly.
- What is the significance of SEC and BIR registration?
-The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) registration are important legal requirements for the HOA. If you need to know more details about these registrations, visiting the HOA office is the best option. They can provide you with information on how these registrations benefit the community and what they entail.
- Can I pay in installments?
-As of now, the payment for the monthly dues membership fee is not optional. we are non profit organization and we need to settle our obligations with our security, streetlight and other operating expenses
- Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the RCBC bank account number?
-Yes, you can visit the HOA office to verify the authenticity of the RCBC bank account number. They will be able to confirm that it is the official account for receiving payments.
10. I paid 6month advance during turnover, do i still meed to pay.
-if your turnover date is from november 2024 - present you do not need to pay the monthly dues yet, -if your turnover is prior novemver, you'll need to pay the soa.
11. What if the homeowner's contact/email is not updated and they have not moved in yet? How can they receive the SOA?
-You may contact any of the officers to inform us that you have not been receiving the physical SOA or e-SOA, so we can update your data in our database. Alternatively, you may visit the HOA office (MPH/clubhouse) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
